On December 18, 2015, Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released worldwide. One can only hope that the rebooting of this movie franchise will be infinitely more palatable than the previous reboot attempt. (It should be given the fact that the creator of this story has done the right thing and walked away).

Regardless of your opinion, this movie is going to resonate with people of all ages. Speaking for myself, Return of the Jedi was one of the first films that I remember seeing in the theatre.

In anticipation of The Force Awakens, I would like to present you with five ways in which you can have a Star Wars inspired day.

At present, you can pick up Poe’s X-Wing Fighter (made by Lego) for $80. Don’t want to get it for your child? Get it for yourself! You’re in a safe place: we won’t judge you.

Looking for a more adult-themed way to celebrate Star Wars? Nightown has you covered! Nightown is Destin’s premier nightclub for adults 18 years of age and older. Nightown has dubbed December 18th and (the wee hours of) December 19th Bar Wars Night: A Star Wars themed night in celebration of the release of The Force Awakens.
