Albatross Recordings & Ephemera

Head on over and enjoy an ephemeral experience.

Randy's Record Shop
If you're looking for authentic vintage vinyl, Randy has you covered. Randy is the owner of Randy's Record Shop and he's been hoarding records in his store in the Avenues since he returned from Vietnam in 1969. Zoning laws prohibited Randy from opening the store officially until 1978, when he offered his 68,000 45 rpms to the public. Stepping through the doors is like walking into another era and customers rave about the helpful staff and the incredible selection. Randy has been in love with vinyl since the beginning and even when it seemed to be phasing out, he held on with optimistic passion. Celebrate the triumph of vinyl by visiting Randy's and saying hello to a legend.
