Where to Celebrate on Election Night in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania


O.K. Pittsburgh, the 2016 Presidential election is less than a month away. Whether you are voting for Democrat Hillary Clinton or Republican Donald Trump, here are a few places around the city to watch, celebrate, or even commiserate the election results. So on November 8th go out and vote, grab a bite to eat and then gather around the flat screens to see who won the election at these Pittsburgh locations.

Election Watch Party at Kelly Strayhorn Theater
Join Pittsburgh voters at a unique election party happening at Kelly Strayhorn Theater. The watch party is hosted by Repair the World Pittsburgh, J'Burgh, and Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Join like-minded voters and enjoy appetizers, patriotic beverages and even a reading of the U.S. Constitution. Don't forget to bring your voting stub as it will gain you admission to the party. Voice the Vote: Teen Election Watch Party
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh is hosting an election watch party at Dave and Buster's in Homestead. While awaiting the election results keep busy with video games, appetizers and dinner. Transportation is available from the East, South and North of the city. Scratch Food & Beverage
Why not enjoy a great dinner and a few drinks while celebrating democracy in action at Scratch Food & Beverage in Troy Hill. What's the politics? Back in May 2016 Pittsburgh Councilwoman Darlene Harris and Mayor Bill Peduto hosted a "Meat in the Middle" event to discuss common grounds on both sides of the political spectrum.
